2. Services & Appointments
- All tattoo appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your spot.
- Clients must be at least 18 years old with valid identification.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
- Clients must follow all studio policies, including hygiene and aftercare instructions.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
- Payment for tattoos is due at the time of service.
- Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to rescheduled appointments with at least 48 hours’ notice.
- We do not offer refunds for completed tattoos, but touch-ups may be provided at the artist’s discretion.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
- All designs created by our artists are the property of Timeless Ink. Clients may not replicate or use the artwork elsewhere without permission.
- Website content, images, and branding materials are owned by Timeless Ink and may not be copied or used without authorization.
5. Limitation of Liability
- Timeless Ink is not responsible for adverse reactions to tattoos, including allergies or improper aftercare.
- We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use of our website or services.
6. Changes to Terms
Timeless Ink reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
